Ovulation is a process that occurs in the woman’s body once a month, in which a mature egg is released from the ovary toward the uterus.

The LH hormone is always found in the urine, but is secreted in an increased amount in the middle of the menstrual cycle, about 24-36 before ovulation, thus revealing the most fertile two days of woman’s ovulation. Therefore, if you have sex during these two days, the chances of getting pregnant will increase.
